Welcome to Zensi Retreat, your ultimate destination for a luxury getaway. By making a reservation and staying at our holiday house or villa, attending a retreat or running your own retreat, you agree to comply with the following booking policy and terms and conditions:

Zensi Retreat House and Villa accommodation

1. Reservation and Booking Process:

1.1. Reservations can be made through our official website, email, phone or third-party booking platform.

1.2. A valid credit card and contact information are required to secure a booking.

1.3. All reservations are subject to availability.

2. Minimum Stay Requirements:

2.1. There is a minimum stay requirement of 2 nights for all bookings.

2.2. Minimum stay requirements may vary during peak seasons, holidays, and special events.

3. Payment:

3.1. A deposit of 50% of the total booking amount is required to confirm a reservation.

3.2. The remaining balance must be settled at least 14 days before the check-in date.

3.3. Payments can be made via credit card, direct bank transfer, or other methods specified by Zensi Retreat.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

4.1. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the check-in date will allow the deposit to be used as a credit towards any future stay, encompassing all available accommodation options or retreat packages.

4.2. Cancellations made between 14 to 30 days before the check-in date will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

4.3. Cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date will result in no refund of the total booking amount.

4.4. No-shows or early check-outs are non-refundable.

5. Check-in and Check-out:

5.1. Check-in time is 3:00 PM.

5.2. Check-out time is 11:00 AM.

5.3. Requests for early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur extra charges.

6. Security Deposit:

6.1. A security deposit may be required upon check-in to cover potential damages or extra cleaning fees.

6.2. The security deposit will be refunded within 14 days of check-out, following property inspection.

7. Occupancy and Additional Guests:

7.1. The holiday house and villa have a maximum occupancy limit, including adults and children.

7.2. Additional guests beyond the specified occupancy may require approval and could incur additional charges.

8. House Rules:

8.1. Guests must adhere to all house rules provided by Zensi Retreat.

8.2. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises.

8.3. Pets are not allowed.

9. Maintenance and Repairs:

9.1. Guests should promptly report any maintenance issues or damages to Zensi Retreat staff.

9.2. Zensi Retreat retains the right to access the property for maintenance and repairs during a guest's stay.

10. Liability:

10.1. Zensi Retreat is not liable for accidents, injuries, or losses occurring on the premises.

10.2. Guests are advised to secure their belongings and valuables.

11. Force Majeure:

11.1 Zensi Retreat acknowledges that unforeseen circumstances may arise that are beyond our control, such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, political unrest, pandemic outbreaks, and other events classified as "force majeure." In such cases, Zensi Retreat may need to modify or cancel bookings. We will make every effort to communicate changes promptly and work towards finding suitable solutions. Please note that force majeure events are not subject to our regular cancellation policy.

2.2. The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 14 days before the retreat start date.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

3.1. Cancellations made 30 days or more before the retreat will allow the deposit to be used as a credit for another retreat or accommodation in the house or villa.

3.2. Cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat start date will result in the forfeiture of the full retreat fee.

3.3. Retreat fee refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the retreat's specific refund policy.

4. Check-in and Check-out:

4.1. Retreat check-in times will be communicated to participants prior to the retreat start date.

4.2. Participants are expected to check-out promptly after the retreat concludes unless otherwise specified.

5. Retreat Participation:

5.1. Participants are expected to actively engage in all scheduled retreat activities.

5.2. Respectful behavior towards fellow participants, retreat leaders, and staff is essential.

5.3. Participants are responsible for their own well-being and should inform retreat leaders of any health concerns or limitations.

6. Retreat Schedule:

6.1. The retreat schedule, including activities and timings, is subject to change at the discretion of Zensi Retreat to enhance the retreat experience.

7. Accommodation and Meals:

7.1. Accommodation and meal arrangements will be provided as specified for the retreat package booked.

7.2. Special dietary requirements or allergies must be communicated in advance.

8. Alcohol and Drug Policy:

8.1. General Policy: Zensi Retreat maintains a strict policy concerning alcohol and drugs for all retreat participants.

8.2. Alcohol Consumption: The consumption of alcohol is generally prohibited on the retreat premises during the entire duration of the retreat.

8.3. Strict No-Drug Policy: Zensi Retreat strictly enforces a no-drug policy for all retreat participants. The use or possession of any illegal or recreational drugs is strictly prohibited on the retreat premises at all times.

8.4. Exceptions: Exceptions to the alcohol policy may be communicated for specific retreats, but the strict no-drug policy remains in effect for all retreats.

9. Liability and Responsibility:

9.2. Participants are encouraged to obtain travel insurance covering health and trip cancellations.

Thank you for considering Zensi Retreat as the venue for your upcoming retreat. Please carefully review the following booking policy designed for facilitators who wish to hire the entire property to host their own retreats:

1. Reservation and Booking Process:

1.1. Facilitators interested in hosting a retreat at Zensi Retreat must contact us through our official communication channels.

1.2. The facilitator is required to provide detailed information about the retreat, including dates, activities, and expected number of participants.

1.3. The booking is confirmed upon mutual agreement between Zensi Retreat and the facilitator.

2. Payment and Insurance:

2.1. A deposit of 50% of the total booking amount is required to confirm a reservation.

2.2. The remaining balance must be settled at least 14 days before the check-in date.

2.3. The facilitator is responsible for providing their own liability insurance to cover the retreat and its participants.

4.2. Any changes to the retreat schedule must be communicated and agreed upon with Zensi Retreat.

5. Check-in and Check-out:

5.1. Check-in and check-out times for the retreat participants must be coordinated with Zensi Retreat.

5.2. Participants are expected to adhere to the check-in and check-out times.

6. Accommodation and Meals:

6.1. The facilitator is responsible for arranging meals and any specific catering needs for the retreat.

7. Retreat Conduct:

7.1. The facilitator is responsible for ensuring that all retreat activities and conduct align with the policies and values of Zensi Retreat.

7.2. The facilitator must maintain a respectful and harmonious environment for all participants.

8. Additional Services:

8.1. If Zensi Retreat provides additional services such as chefs or facilitators to assist during the retreat, it is clarified that the facilitator assumes responsibility for their services and actions.

8.2. Zensi Retreat is not liable for any services provided by third-party individuals engaged by the facilitator.

9. Liability and Responsibility:

9.1. The facilitator assumes full liability for the retreat, its participants, and any activities during the retreat.

9.2. Zensi Retreat is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that occur during the facilitator's retreat.

10. Alcohol and Drug Policy:

10.1. The consumption of alcohol and drugs is strictly prohibited on the retreat premises, in accordance with Zensi Retreat's policy.
