We live in a society where we have been conditioned to believe that more is better, where we are ruled by time and our true needs are banished out of sight.

The modern day life can be overstimulating and overwhelming (to say the least), placing havoc on our nervous system and overall health. Give yourself permission to fully immerse within the all inclusive, supportive sanctuary of our REST and SLOW DOWN retreat, where you can let go and drop into deep restoration and reset the system. With dedicated space and time to unwind, recharge and rejuvenate. Sleep ins are encouraged and the slower you walk, the better.

The whole retreat is formed around nervous system regulation, through mindful practises such as qi gong, yin, slow flow yoga, nature bathing, meditation, sound therapy and workshops for tools and tips to take home.

  • Jump into a good book, or some journalling, or perhaps get comfortable with not needing to do a thing, our curated experience will take care of it all. We want you to take this retreat at your own pace, with any workshops or activities completely optional. There is also no need for a clock in our wellness spa, unlimited access means you can submerge and retreat into the floaty oasis and allow any tensions from the bustle of life to dissolve. Being surrounded by vast open views, natures ease takes over. Whether you are taking space for yourself, bringing a friend, family or significant other, you’ll be sure to return home with a renewed sense of self, a self that is grounded, nourished, relaxed and revitalized.

    8 am Slow flow yoga

    9:15 am Breakfast

    10:30 am Workshop topic : Mindful living in a fast paced world - Stay grounded and gain deeper connection within your everyday life

    11:30 - 12 pm Journal / contemplative time

    1 pm Lunch

    2 pm – 5:30 Free time / spa facilities / nap

    5:30 pm - 6 pm – Stretch and release session

    6:30 pm Dinner

    7:30 pm – Guided meditation around ‘letting go’

Jeevi @laughing.chef - Internationally trained, locally loved plant based chef Jeevi, for an unforgettable weekend of amazing food, ultimate relaxation and loads of laughter. A Nepalese-born third generation vegetarian, is famously known as ‘the laughing chef’ combining his passion for cooking with his gift of laughing yoga. Features on channel 9, channel 7, living light culinary institute and destination happiness. Winning peoples choice award 2012, his reputation has continued to grow in the vegetarian chef community.

Co founder of Zensi Retreat

Ruby has been enrolled in the human experience for over 30 years.. Her journey started early on when exploring tools to cope with lifes struggles, finding her way into the world of healing modalities. She has accreditation in yoga, highest level Reiki practitioner, vipassana meditation and a passion for breathwork, nervous system regulation, sound therapy, somatic healing, utilizing plants as medicine (cacao obsessed) and ultimately helping others find their way back home to their authentic selves.

Kelsey is an international yoga instructor living in Toronto, Canada, that has a passion for helping people feel connected to themselves, others and the world around us. She has studied vipassama. vinyasa, yin, advanced asana, meditation and pre/post natal yoga, hot & cold therapy and pranayama with an emphasis on meditative and fluid movement animated by the breath.

  • Her many creative passions keep her in the dance of continuously learning and sharing. She has a playful approach to yoga and life. Her teaching is grounded in the idea that creating an inner stillness through moving with breath on the mat allows us to experience more moments that feel spacious and joyful in our lives off the mat.
